Blueberry Protein Pancakes (makes 6 very large 1/2-cup pancakes)

  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1/4 t. kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1 heaping T. honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla bean paste
  • 1 c. frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 scoops ON Any Whey Protein Powder

1 Pancake = 215 Calories, 2.5 g. Fat, 33 g. Carbohydrates, 15 g. Protein
