Biscoff Pop Tarts (makes 5-6 pastries)

  • +5 oz. unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 4 oz. cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3 oz. light corn syrup 
  • 1/4 c. Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 T. honey
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1/8 t. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 t. ground ginger
