Steamed Mackerel Spring Rolls (2 servings)

  • 4 cleaned, skinned, and steamed mackerel
    (pour boiling water onto raw fish to peel skin, then steam for 15 minutes)
  • ~10 sheets of rice paper
  • lettuce & sliced cucumbers
  • fried shallots
  • homemade nuoc mam with extra nuoc mam & thai chiles
